Zoe Lai – Salesforce Platform Manager

Zoe has a broad range of experience in Cloud based solutions using Salesforce, digital marketing, and project management across a diverse mix of industries and market segments. With her extensive consulting experiences, Zoe has extensive experience in delivering projects end to end – from project discovery, requirement gathering, solution design, hands on implementation, client engagement and customer success & support.

Zoe is specialised in consumer goods and retails solutions with product management and development experiences for a custom Salesforce accelerator solution suite. With a role I previously held, I expanded my skills and experience in product development and management, driving strategic development of a Salesforce accelerator suite that provides streamlined, end to end retail execution and field ordering solutions for the consumer goods industry.

Coming from a project management and marketing background also means that she does everything with a project manager mindset and that she always seek ways of optimizing the brands she is associated with/working for.
