Renee Attewell – Paraplanner

Renee started in financial planning back in 2008 as a Junior Client Services Officer in a small firm in Lismore, NSW, where she grew up. Since moving to the Gold Coast in 2012, she worked in a range of roles across the industry, and since 2020 she has focused purely on Paraplanning.

In 2024, she was proud to be named a finalist for Paraplanner of the Year at the IFA Awards. She loves diving into strategy, modelling cashflow, and helping advisers deliver advice that genuinely improves people’s lives. She specialises in creating high-quality, compliant Statements of Advice documents that turn complex strategies into clear, actionable outcomes. What makes Renee different is her sharp attention to detail and her ability to support advisers with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Outside of work, she’s a mum to two energetic boys. She loves reading, travelling, and relaxing in a sauna or cold plunge. You will rarely find her without a coffee in her hand. Renee values balance, honesty, and making the most of life in and outside the office.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning)
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping)
