Nicole Ponce – Head of the Invest Blue Way

Nicole, being the Head of The Invest Blue Way, oversees the requirements, rollout, and adoption (including training and support) of the technology strategy that supports Invest Blue’s end-to-end process.Having had 20 years of industry experience (16 of those with Invest Blue), Nicole has had significant exposure to the evolution of technology. In her most recent role as Systems Administrator (for over 5 years), she has been instrumental in supporting the implementation of technology solutions to support our process. She is passionate about driving efficiency and consistency through process and technology, with a focus on ease of the overall user experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family, taking her Bordoodle Kingston on long walks and baking.
