Natalie Watson
Project Manager

Natalie Watson – Project Manager
Natalie is a practical and people-focused project manager with a background in both internal transformation and client-facing delivery. Originally from the UK, she moved to Melbourne in early 2020—just as the world was heading into lockdown—and has since worked across a variety of sectors in both consulting and corporate settings.
Over the years, she’s managed everything from internal process improvements to large-scale external client projects, often juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders at once. Whether it’s designing tools that make everyday work more efficient or helping clients deliver on complex goals, Natalie brings a calm, clear approach and a focus on outcomes that actually make a difference. She’s most at home when she’s helping people make sense of messy problems and turning plans into something practical and achievable.
Outside of work, Natalie loves reading, yoga, and Pilates. She’s still getting to know Melbourne and enjoys exploring the coast, trying new places to eat, and making the most of the sunshine (when it’s out).
