Kirby Spaulding – Relationship Manager

Kirby is an accomplished finance and client services professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Her career began at the young age of 18 when she joined Centrelink International Services. During her time there, she discovered a passion for client services, focusing on building rapport and effectively assisting customers with their needs.

After gaining foundational experience at Centrelink, Kirby transitioned to IOOF Holdings Ltd, where she spent seven years specialising in benefit payments related to financial hardships. This role provided her with insights into the complexities of financial support systems. Later, she shifted her focus to family law, further expanding her expertise in finance and its applications in personal circumstances. At IOOF Holdings Ltd, she earned her ASFA RG 146 certification, which significantly enhanced her knowledge and credentials in superannuation.

Following the birth of her second child, Kirby made the decision to leave IOOF and channel her skills into entrepreneurship. She co-founded Iconic Air Pty Ltd, where she served as a Co-Director and Office Manager. This venture allowed her to leverage the experience and attributes she had developed over the years, and takes great pride in the success and growth of the company

Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her 2 children, socialise with her friends, binge watch TV shows, potter around her house renovating, exercise and get out in the sun!
