Jane has been a Dubbo local for more than 35 years, completing her schooling locally in Dubbo before relocating to Newcastle to complete her Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Management and Marketing. Once Jane attained her degree qualifications, she moved to Sydney working in the Finance industry for a large bank and also one of Australia’s largest fund managers.
It was at this stage that Jane developed a passion for the Financial Planning industry undertaking further studies to attain the ability to practice as a Financial Adviser.
An opportunity provided Jane with the option to take a career break and it is here that Jane went on to live, work and reside in North America for 2 years. Jane saw this as an opportunity to build valuable life skills while having fun working in industries such as hospitality, tourism and travel.
In 2009, Jane relocated to Australia and back to her familiar community of Dubbo where she continues to support the community today. Jane has been practicing as a licenced Financial Adviser since 2009. In 2021, Jane joined Invest Blue as part of a merger with Advisory Group.
In her spare time, Jane loves to spend time with her daughters, Annie and Laura. Keen to instil a sense of travel and exploration in her girls, Jane loves to take the girls camping or for walks or bike rides around the neighbourhood.
