Ilma graduated in Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. She used to be a Front Office Staff and has experience as a Contract Service Worker in a government agency in the Philippines.

Ilma stated that she had no knowledge of what the industry was, but by the time she was hired and trained, she was able to understand the importance of this industry to the people, especially for Financial Planning. This has also taught her to be wise financially. Working here also made her discover herself more. She had no confidence before, and she got scared if she made mistakes. She is now able to learn the skills she never knew she had. Ilma was able to accept that making mistakes is normal as long as you’re doing your best. Ilma expressed she loves how challenges mold her to become a better employee.

In her spare time, whenever she gets bored, she does some TikTok makeup transformation trends. She also loves working out and playing with her little boy.
