Mica began my professional journey in management during my time as an intern at a local Filipino bank and as a working student at University. These early experiences provided her with a strong foundation in administrative tasks, honed her problem-solving skills, and deepened her understanding of the critical role that effective management plays in ensuring operational efficiency. One of the accomplishments she is most proud of in her career is the opportunity to combine her technical expertise with her passion for leadership.

Over the years, Mica has not only managed data systems but have also had the privilege of leading a talented team of professionals, guiding them through challenges, and driving continuous improvement in our data management processes.

In her spare time, Mica enjoys cooking for loved ones, playing sports like badminton and table tennis, and capturing moments through taking snapshots, especially while traveling. These hobbies keep her energized and help maintain a balanced lifestyle.
