Erbhy got her first job as a customer service associate handling a variety of concerns of American and Filipino clients for approximately two (2) years. The experience she had nurtured her ability to connect and efficiently communicate with the different people around her. Those exposures allowed her to develop the fundamental skills she needs to become a financial planning assistant.

It is her first time working with Australian clients, particularly in the financial industry. Garnering her six (6) months in this company, she came to terms with working, learning, and having fun with the team. Erbhy is inspired by her everyday responsibilities helping out advisers with what they need to provide reliable and effective services to the clients. Taking part in administrative tasks is interesting as she ventures her strategies in delivering quality outputs. More than that, it gives her the thought of managing and assessing her financial situation which she enjoys and aspires to do so that she can share with anyone. 

Moreover, she graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education, who graduated Cum Laude and passed the board exam last year (2023). Erbhy was also a compassionate awardee at her previous company which denotes her passion for assisting and helping clients with their concerns. 

Erbhy loves adventures and outdoor activities. Reconnecting with nature or going to the province/countryside is one of my ways to relax in the bustling city. Staying in a beach resort or going to a place she’s never been to entices her. She also likes going to the amusement park to try pulse-pounding rides. She seldomly plays badminton and hopefully start running around the park. But most of the time, she spends trying out new cafes and pastries.
