Anthony Lyons – Head of Best Practice, Financial Adviser, Partner

After a career in senior management in Local Government, Anthony was motivated to help people with their finances which led to a move into financial planning in 2003. Anthony joined invest blue in 2005 and helped to establish the Brisbane office.
From late 2019 Anthony was the Regional Head of Advice (Queensland), providing coaching and mentoring to the Financial Planning teams in Queensland which enabled him to impart his wealth of knowledge and experience to all members of the team. At the beginning of 2023 Anthony was appointed to a new role of Head of Best Practice for Invest Blue, this role focuses on bringing process efficiency and increasing capabilities of all our people across the business.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys holidaying with his wife and three children. Anthony has recently pulled out his golf clubs again and has been enjoying walking various golf courses
