Anika McCarthy – Relationship Manager
Before joining Invest Blue in 2024, Anika enjoyed an adventurous career in the Direct Sales Industry. Through 6 years of recruiting, training, and driving sales teams, Anika was exposed to a diverse range of people and developed advanced communications skills.
Anika is proud to have raised over 2 million dollars for non-profit clients during her time in sales but is looking forward to the impact she can have through the financial planning approach.
Anika believes that the people and culture of a workplace are more important than the nature of the tasks you’re doing day-to-day. She found that Invest Blue allows her to build a career incorporating ambition and autonomy without sacrificing collaboration and connection.
Outside of work, Anika is a keen but amateur traveller, indoor rock climber and salsa dancer. Although most days Anika’s favourite pastime is sharing dog videos with her partner and family.
