Best Workplaces for Women 2023 Invest Blue

We’re proud to announce that for the second consecutive year, Invest Blue has been crowned as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces for Women in 2023. The Best Workplaces for Women list is determined by using the Great Place to Work For All methodology and modelto evaluate. The Great Place to Work trust index survey enables employees to share confidential feedback about their organisation’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions. These statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie.

With over 100 incredible women employed across our team, Invest Blue is committed to fostering equity in the workplace and ensuring all our employees feel safe, heard, challenged and valued. This year has marked a big transition in revolutionising the way we work, having adopted a company-wide nine-day fortnight model in a bid to foster employment wellbeing and drive productivity gains. This new model gives all employees an extra 26 days off a year and backs Invest Blue’s key philosophy of “if we look after our people, they will look after our clients. “
